What we have learned from running our Doggie Ranch Resort:
(Which we just opened Sept. '07)

Dogs absolutely love this place!

Why didn't we do this 20 years ago???  Its a Wonderful Life.

Our fee for day care and overnight stays is probably too low for the special care our guests receive
, especially considering we limit guests to a maximum of six. (We'll probably raise prices about 10% in the near future to maintain quality and not increase quantity.

Dogs with shyness problems have developed excellent social skills during their stays here.

We have many repeat guests.

Our guest dogs really like their sleeping quarters, be it in barn (Bunk House) or in our house.

New dogs consistently "pack up" and develop close relationships with other dogs quickly.

Cesar Milan's "Pack Leader" style (Calm Assertive Leadership) is vital to our success as it works amazingly well and so far, there's not been any "incidents" involving aggression.

We practice Cesar's: EXERCISE, DISCIPLINE, AFFECTION method with great success.

Most of our guests actually end up living and sleeping in the house with us, especially small breed dogs and older big dogs with good house manners.

Within a very short time (an hour or two) our house guests act as if they lived here all their lives.

With plenty of free time in our 3+ acre pasture, dogs get to live like dogs:

Sporting dogs get to run and fetch to their heart's content.

Working dogs get to just plain RUN!

Beagles get to sniff forever!

Older dogs like to play a while then find a comfortable place to just lay out and relax.

FINALLY,
We enjoy having a place full of "happy dogs" even more than we ever dreamed!

Our dogs don't live with us, we live with our dogs!

We give this place our full endorsement!!!
And us Labs are the most popular dogs in America, so we know what we're talking about!
